Halloween: Family Storytime

Celebrate Halloween at the library with rhymes, songs and stories for young children and their caregivers. For ages 0 - 5 years, open to children of all ages and abilities to enjoy and learn together. Costumes welcome! Accessibility Information VPL is committed to making our programs accessible for all.
